You need to delete two files from the path below.
You may need to show hidden files.
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks\1033\14
File 1: Building Blocks
File 2: Built-In Building Blocks
The files will be recreated with the next reopen of word.
