Open cmd as admin

Run

Dcdiag /e /test:sysvolcheck /test:advertising

If all is good run:

Dfsrmig /setglobalstate 1

Run command below to verify (can take up to 15min) have patients

Dfsrmig /getmigrationstate

Dfsrmig /setglobalstate 2

reverify (can take up to 15min) have patients

Dfsrmig /setglobalstate 3

reverify (can take up to 15min) have patients

End.
